Devil Beside You

I really like this when I first saw it; it was really cute and funny. It's a stereotypical Taiwanese drama but was nicely done and developed. The ending was a tad disappointed but still watchable. The cast has a lot of unknowns but everybody did a good job.

Rainie Yang: She's really lovable but sometimes she exaggerates when she acts, but I think it has something to do with this drama being adapted from the manga "Akuma de Souro" more than her acting. Rainie is also really cute/pretty throughout the drama. 5*****

Mike He: I didn't really like his character in the beginning but he grows on you. He's not all that hot that everybody claims him to be; he's sort of overrated but his acting was pretty good. 5*****

Kingone Wang: I felt so bad for his character since he's so nice, sweet, and caring. He's so cute that I couldn't believe that Rainie chose Mike over him. 5*****

Tsai Pei Lin: She's not really pretty but her acting made up for that. 4****

Rainie+Mike: They were really cute but deep down inside, I still wanted Rainie to end up with Kingone. Mike is an aggressive kisser; he's practically eating Rainie's mouth in all of their kiss scenes! 4****

Rainie+Kingone: Like stated above, I wanted them to end up together so badly! They're really cute together. 4****

Kingone+Tsai Pei Lin: I'm glad that at least Kingone ended up with somebody. They were cute but Tsai Pei Lin looked older than Kingone in some scenes. 3***

OST: DBY didn't have one but the songs that were featured in it were really good, especially the ones by Rainie. 5*****

Rating: 4**** I would have rated it higher if it wasn't because of the ending.
